Nashville Craft closes. Here's what's next:

Nashville Craft Distillery closed to the public on Sunday, March 30, 2025.

NCD operated for nine years at 514 Hagan St., a location scheduled to be redeveloped sometime in the near future. Rather than relocate within Nashville, we decided to close our Nashville facility on March 30, send all our barrels to storage to age, and explore other options for the future of our spirits.

As we close, Founder and Head Distiller Bruce Boeko has assumed a new position as Program Director of the new Distilled Spirits Program at Motlow State Community College. It’s a uniquely Tennessee offering from a great college anchored in the heart of Tennessee Whiskey country.

Bruce also will establish processes for Muddy Pond Distillery in Monterey, TN, a continuation of a long collaboration with Mark and Sherry Guenther of Muddy Pond Sorghum. Nashville Craft’s first spirit was created from the sorghum they grow on their farm, and a new barrel-aged version later was released. The Guenthers are starting Muddy Pond Distillery in Monterey and purchased Nashville Craft’s equipment, giving it new life in a place that is very special to us.

Continue to look for Nashville Craft spirits at BNA as you fly in and out of town and through Far Better Spirits at the Nashville Farmers’ Market. We’ll let you know what’s next for our whiskey and other spirits when plans are finalized.
