Maple Old Fashioned
2 oz Nashville Craft Maple Whiskey
3 dashes orange bitters
Stir and serve on the rocks; garnish with orange peel and cherry.
Gold Rush
1.5 oz Golden Biscuit Sorghum Spirit OR Nashville Craft Bourbon
1 oz Nashville Honey spiced liqueur
¾ oz simple syrup
¾ oz lemon juice
Shake with ice, strain over fresh ice, garnish with lemon.
Apple Cider Whiskey Sour
1 1/2 oz Nashville Craft Bourbon
1 oz Spiced Honey Liqueur
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
1 1/2 oz apple cider
Shake with ice, strain over fresh ice.
hot Spiked Apple Cider
1.5 oz Nashville Craft Original Bourbon
1/2 oz Nashville Honey spiced liqueur
2 dashes Angostura bitters
5 oz hot apple cider
Mix bourbon, liqueur and bitters in mug and top with hot apple cider.
Nashville Hot Toddy
1.5 oz Nashville Craft Bourbon (or 1 oz bourbon plus 1/2 oz Nashville Honey Spiced Liqueur)
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz honey
2 1/2 oz hot water
Mix and garnish with lemon.
nashville craft SAZERAC
2oz Nashville Craft Bourbon
1/3 oz anise syrup
3 dashes Paychaud’s bitters
1/2 oz Third Stage Absinthe
Fill glass with ice and chill while building.
Dump ice, rinse glass with the absinthe.
Shake bourbon, anise syrup and bitters with ice, strain in glass (no ice) and serve with lemon twist.
SORGHUM OLD FASHIONED
2 oz Naked Biscuit Sorghum Spirit
0.25 oz sorghum syrup
2 dash Angostura bitters
1 dash Regan’s orange bitters
Stir and serve on the rocks. Garnish with two cherries.
Bee’s knees
1.5 oz Crane City Gin
1.5 oz Nashville Honey spiced liqueur
0.5 oz star anise syrup
0.75 oz lemon
Shake with ice, strain, serve up with lemon twist.
Spiced Honey Gin Martini
2 oz Crane City Gin
1.5 oz Nashville Honey spiced liqueur
Shake with ice, strain, serve up in martini glass with lemon twist.
Lemon Biscuit
2 oz Naked Biscuit Sorghum Spirit
2 oz lemon juice
1.5 oz simple syrup
Shake with ice, strain over fresh ice, garnish with bruised basil leaf or rosemary.
Coconut Gimlet
2 oz Crane City Gin
0.75 oz coconut syrup
0.75 oz lime
Shake with ice. Serve up with lime coin.

0.75 oz star anise syrup
0.75 oz lime
1 oz pineapple
Shake with ice, strain over fresh ice.

1 oz grapefruit
Shake with ice, strain, serve up.

1 dash bitters

0.75 oz coconut syrup
0.75 oz lime
2 dash Regan’s orange bitters

2 oz ginger beer
Build in glass; serve over rocks.

1.5 oz grapefruit

Club soda
Mix simple syrup and bourbon.
