CLOSING MARCH 30, 2025

CLOSING WEEK: Items for sale, drink specials 🥃

After nine years of making Real Craft Spirits in Music City, we’re closing Nashville Craft Distillery on March 31. As we count down the days until close, we’re lightening our load at 514 Hagan, moving our barrels into storage to age and shipping out equipment.

Come celebrate with us all week with $5 Lemon Biscuits (our refreshing, spiked lemonade fan favorite), $5 NCD Whisk(e)y Sours and $5 Crane City Gin & Tonics.

Then, this Saturday and Sunday, we’re selling many items, while continuing to serve and sell our craft cocktails and spirits. Sale hours are noon-6 Saturday, 3/29; and noon-5 Sunday, 3/30. We're still working on sorting, and pricing is to come in person on Saturday and Sunday.

What’s for sale other than spirits:

- 4 commercial-grade square steel indoor/outdoor table and chair sets, silver

- 2 bar-height orange steel tables

- 10 Domitalia Bouchon bar stools (these cork-top stools have been a big conversation piece over the years)

- Limited misc. barrels

- Heavy-duty metal shelving – 2 units

- Ethan Allen Computer desk

- Bookcase

- Barware

- Glassware/cups

- All remaining NCD T-shirts, 75% off

- Many other misc. items. We’re clearing a real functional distillery on 3/31, so it’s fluid and should be interesting.

Hope to see you before closing time! 🥃

🥃 LAST CALL AT 514 HAGAN ST. 🥃

We’re closing our doors to the public on Sunday, March 30, 2025.

It’s been an incredibly fun and satisfying run since we began operations nine years ago this month at 514 Hagan. We’ve loved this spot from groundbreaking when we walked around in the dirt with not much else around, right up to this day nine years later in a neighborhood transformed. (We literally named our gin Crane City Gin.)

As many of you know, our current location is scheduled to be redeveloped sometime in the next year. At this time, rather than trying to relocate within Nashville (it’s gotten expensive out there!), we have decided to close the facility on March 30 and explore other options for the future of our spirits.

As Nashville Craft closes, Founder and Head Distiller Bruce Boeko is off to a new venture as Program Director of the new Distilled Spirits Program at Motlow State Community College. It’s a uniquely Tennessee offering from a great college anchored in the heart of Tennessee Whiskey country. We can’t wait to share more on that soon.

Distilling spirits from scratch right here at 514 Hagan Street has been our focus from the beginning, and we have held true to that mission, sticking to the science. We’re proud of that.

We invite you to come and stock up on Real Craft Spirits Made in Music City before we close our doors. We also encourage you all to hit the Tennessee Whiskey Trail to see all that Tennessee’s distillers have to offer. We’ve been proud to be a part of that since the beginning, too.

THANK YOU for making all of that happen over nine years. We can’t say it enough. We’re filled with gratitude for your support and for all the great work of our excellent distilling team. Thank you for all the ways you have supported our small craft distillery, for joining in our science lessons and for geeking out over how real craft spirits are made.

Continue to look for Nashville Craft spirits at BNA as you fly in and out of town, come visit us at 514 Hagan between now and March 30, and we will let you know what’s next for our whiskey and other spirits when plans are finalized.

We hope to see you in the tasting room before closing time.

Cheers 🥃
